About Asad

Asad Bhimani (he/him) is a fourth-year Theater major at UCLA’s School of Theater, Film and Art, pursuing a B.A. in Fine Arts (Acting) with a minor in Business. His performance credits include Romeo and Juliet (Romeo), Our Town (Howie Newsome), Yerma (Victor), Piece of My Heart (Soldier), Love of a Pig Yoga (Instructor/Sophisticated Man), and The Complete Works of Shakespeare (Adam) with Hebron Theater Company, as well as Anne Frank and Me (David) and Baker Street Irregulars (Inspector) with Creek Valley Theater. Trained by Jennifer Chang, Alexandra Wright, and Marilyn Fox, he has also studied stage combat with Sifu Edward Monaghan and voiceover with Vikas Adam. Drawing from personal experiences, Asad is committed to telling stories that challenge silence and celebrate emotional vulnerability. He strives to create work that fosters empathy, bridges cultural divides, and opens space for honest conversation both onstage and off.
